UK Consumer Terms

For customers in the United Kingdom. Last updated: 18 October 2026

These UK Consumer Terms apply if you live in the United Kingdom and buy from www.noritamy.com as a consumer, for delivery to a UK address. They form part of our Terms of Service and our Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy. Where anything in those documents conflicts with these UK Consumer Terms, these UK Consumer Terms apply.

1. Who you are buying from

Your contract is with Veridian Flow LLC, a company registered in the United States, of 140 Broadway, New York, NY 10005, USA ("we", "us"). Email: hey@noritamy.com. Orders are made and dispatched from Israel.

2. Your order

You must be 18 or over to place an order. Our contract with you starts when we email you to confirm your order. If we cannot accept or fulfil your order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

3. Prices, VAT and delivery

  • Prices for UK delivery are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT.
  • Orders are shipped delivered duty paid: we pay any import VAT, customs duty and carrier clearance fees. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery. If a carrier asks you for payment, please do not pay it and contact us at hey@noritamy.com. If you have already paid, we will reimburse you.
  • Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. If your order is significantly delayed, you can contact us to cancel it for a full refund.

4. Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason, and receive a full refund including standard delivery. How this works, what you need to do and the model cancellation form are set out on our Cancellations & returns (UK) page. That page replaces the return fees, the processing fees and the "original condition" requirement in our Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy for UK customers.

Items made to your own specifications or clearly personalised, such as engraved pieces, cannot be cancelled unless they are faulty. Pieces from our standard range, including a chosen size or metal colour, can be cancelled even if they were made after you ordered.

5. If something is wrong with your item

We must supply items that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty or not as described, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you the right to:

  • reject it and get a full refund within 30 days of delivery;
  • after that, ask for a repair or replacement, and if that is not possible or does not fix the problem, get some or all of your money back.

We pay the cost of returning faulty items. Our manufacturing warranty, described on product pages, is in addition to these legal rights and does not reduce them. Wear and tear, accidental damage and misuse are not faults. For more on your rights, contact Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk).

6. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights as a consumer. The "as is" disclaimers, the limit of liability to the order value and the indemnity in our Terms of Service do not apply to you to the extent they would restrict these rights. We are not responsible for business losses, as our products are for personal use.

7. Changes to these terms

The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you placed it. Changes we make later do not apply to orders already placed.

8. Your privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. You have rights under the UK GDPR, including to access, correct and delete your data. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

9. Complaints

If you are unhappy, please email hey@noritamy.com with your order number. We will reply as soon as we can, and in any case within 14 days.

10. Law and courts

Our Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York. As a UK consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the part of the UK where you live, and nothing in our terms takes that protection away. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, depending on where you live.
