Where are your products manufactured?

All Noritamy jewelry is designed and handcrafted in our studio in Israel by skilled artisans. Each piece is made by hand, combining bold contemporary design with timeless craftsmanship. Because our jewelry is handmade, no two pieces are exactly alike.

What materials are your jewelry made from?

Our collections feature pieces dipped in a heavy layer of 24K gold or finished in silver tone, crafted from high-quality brass. We also offer sterling silver and full gold pieces in our premium lines. All our jewelry is nickel-free. For specific material details, please check the product description on each item’s page.

Are your jewelry pieces nickel-free?

Yes. All Noritamy jewelry is 100% nickel-free, making our pieces suitable for those with sensitive skin or nickel allergies.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

When will I get my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping within the US typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

What is the return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original Noritamy packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@noritamy.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original piece under our 30-day return policy, and then place a new order for the item you prefer. This ensures the fastest processing for you.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@noritamy.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes. Sale items, personalized pieces, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items will be clearly marked on the product page before purchase. If you have any questions about a specific item, please reach out to us before ordering.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@noritamy.com. After 48 hours, your order may already be in production or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible. In that case, you can return the item once received under our standard return policy.

How do I find my ring size?

We use US ring sizes for our US store. If you’re unsure of your size, we recommend visiting a local jeweler for a professional measurement. You can also check our Size Guide page for help. If you need further assistance, contact us at info@noritamy.com.

How do I measure my ring size at home?

There are two easy methods:

  • Use a ring you already own: Choose a ring that fits the finger you want to measure. Measure the inner diameter in millimeters and match it to our size chart on the Size Guide page.
  • Use a paper strip or string: Wrap a thin strip of paper or soft string around the base of your finger. Mark where it overlaps, then measure the length in millimeters to find your circumference.

Tip: Measure at the end of the day when fingers are at their largest, and avoid measuring when your hands are cold. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your Noritamy jewelry looking its best:

  • Last on, first off. Put jewelry on after applying perfume, lotion, or makeup — and remove it before showering or sleeping.
  • Keep it dry. Avoid wearing your pieces while swimming, bathing, or exercising.
  • Soft touch only. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. No chemicals or abrasives.
  • Store with care. Keep your piece in its Noritamy box or pouch, away from sunlight and other jewelry.
  • Re-plating available. We offer a re-plating service when gold plating naturally fades over time.
Do you offer a re-plating service?

Yes. Over time, gold plating may naturally fade with regular wear. We offer a professional re-plating service to restore your piece to its original luster. Contact us at info@noritamy.com for details and pricing.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Every Noritamy order comes in our signature branded packaging, making it gift-ready. Each piece is presented in a beautiful Noritamy jewelry box — perfect for gifting as-is.

Do you offer custom or personalized pieces?
