SHIPPING RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

SHIPPING:
The purchase and delivery of our Products are available and permitted solely to Customers located within our designated shipping territories, as detailed on the checkout page.
We may offer different shipping methods, which will be presented during checkout, along with the applicable fees and estimated delivery times. All shipping methods are subject to change at our sole discretion.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification via email or through your Account, as applicable.
All shipping and delivery times provided are estimates only and are intended for guidance purposes.
Delivery times for custom, personalized, or engraved Products may differ, and we will notify you of the expected shipping timeframe.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers and/or postal services, and such delays shall not constitute a breach of our obligations.
Please note that during high season and holidays, shipping may take a little longer.

If technical or operational issues prevent or significantly delay the shipment of your order, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction to which the Product you purchased is destined, and we will not be held responsible for your breach of any such law.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees,depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be due upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine any additional charges before placing an order.
ORDER RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
We do not accept returns or provide refunds except as expressly set forth in this Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy, or as required by applicable law.
• Standard Refund Policy
The Customer may return the Product within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery, provided that the Product remains unused and is returned in its original packaging and condition. Merchandise must be accompanied by all original items, including jewelry boxes and pouches.The Customer shall be responsible for any applicable shipping costs, and the Company reserves the right to impose a processing fee for any return request, as specified on the dedicated Product return page or as disclosed at the time of purchase. Upon receipt of the returned Product, the Company shall inspect the Product to confirm that it has not been used and is in its original condition. Subject to such verification, we shall, at the Customer's election, either issue a refund to the original payment method or provide credit to the Account for future purchases on the Website. If you request to return your Product, you must notify us at: hey@noritamy.com.Please note that after the 30-day period has elapsed, you may not return the Product or request a refund.
• Defected Product Refund
If the Product you received is defective or damaged, and not due to your misuse or neglect, excessive wear and tear, or physical or accidental damage not due to manufacturing defects (as determined by the Company in its sole discretion), we may, at our sole discretion and subject to the applicable warranty period (if any) detailed on the Website in connection with the Product, agree to repair or replace the Product. If you request a return or replacement due to defects, you must first notify us. To determine the condition of your Product, we may ask you to provide photographs and additional information to assess the issue. If we determine that the Product is defective, we will provide instructions for return at our expense (and we may request that yousend the Product back to the address we provide). If we are unable to assess the issue based on the information provided, we may require the Product to be returned for further evaluation to determine whether a replacement or repair is required. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Product, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the Product to the original payment method.
We will process your return or refund request as soon as reasonably possible. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
For the avoidance of doubt, custom, personalized, or engraved Products, as well as Productsnot in their original condition, are not eligible for return or refund unless defective as provided herein.
You are responsible for insured return shipping.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR REFUNDS OF PRODUCTS.
In the event your order was processed and sold to you by our Franchisee (as detailed in our Terms of Service), your refund will be processed and issued by such seller.
We may update this Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy from time to time by posting an updated version on our Website. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the effective date of the updated policy.
NOTE: ALL TIME PERIODS QUOTED IN THIS POLICY FOR THE FULFILLMENT OF OUR OBLIGATIONS WILL BE EXTENDED TO THE NEXT WORKING DAY IF THEY END ON A SATURDAY, SUNDAY, OR BANK HOLIDAY. THIS INCLUDES ALL SHIPPING AND CANCELLATION PERIODS AND THE TIME LIMITS FOR RETURNING GOODS, PROVIDING REFUNDS, ETC. NOTHING IN THIS POLICY IS INTENDED TO LIMIT OR EXCLUDE ANY RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE UNDER APPLICABLE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS.
