Cancellations (UK customers)

Your contract is with Veridian Flow LLC, a company registered in the United States, 140 Broadway, New York, NY 10005, USA. Orders are dispatched from Israel.

Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days. Noritamy extends this: you may cancel within 30 days from the day you (or someone you name, other than the carrier) receive the goods. If your order arrives in several deliveries, the period runs from the day you receive the last one.

To cancel, tell us clearly before the period ends, by email to hey@noritamy.com or by post to Veridian Flow LLC, 140 Broadway, New York, NY 10005, USA. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

Effects of cancellation

• We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund only the cost of our least expensive standard option.
• We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you providing evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
• We refund using the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise (for example, store credit). We will not charge you a fee for the refund.
• Please send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. Orders are shipped from, and returned to, our studio in Israel; we will email you the return address and instructions. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods by international post. We recommend a tracked and insured service, as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.
• You may handle the goods as you would in a shop to check them. If they lose value because you handled them more than that, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

Items that cannot be cancelled

• Items made to your own specifications or clearly personalised, such as engraved pieces or bespoke designs, unless they are faulty.

Pieces chosen from our standard range, including a standard size or metal colour, can be cancelled even if they were made after you ordered.

Faulty items

Your right to cancel is separate from your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject a faulty item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, and after that ask for a repair or replacement. We pay the cost of returning faulty items. Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights.
