Processing your order

From the moment you place your order, please allow 4-8 business days for our team to craft and quality-check your piece. All orders are shipped from our studio in Israel by FedEx, fully tracked.

Delivered duty paid

The price you see is the total you pay. We pay any import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for payment, please do not pay it and contact us at hey@noritamy.com.

Delivery options

FedEx International Economy: 2-6 business days once dispatched, fully tracked, free.
FedEx International Priority (express): 1-4 business days once dispatched, fully tracked. The price is shown at checkout.

Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including standard delivery. Returns are sent to our studio in Israel and you pay the return postage. To start a return, email hey@noritamy.com. See Cancellations & returns (UK) and our UK consumer terms for full details.
