Our pieces are crafted to make a statement - and to stay with you for years. To keep their shine and spirit alive, a little mindful care goes a long way.

Here’s how to love them back:

Last on, first off.
Put your jewellery on after applying perfume, lotion, or makeup - and take it off before undressing, showering, or sleeping.

Keep it dry.
Water, humidity, and plating don’t mix. Avoid wearing your piece while swimming, bathing, or sweating.

Soft touch only.
Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth after each wear to remove any natural oils or residue. No chemicals, no abrasives - just a little love.

Store with intention.
Keep your piece in its Noritamy pouch or box, away from sunlight and other jewellery to prevent scratching or fading.

Time to replate?
Over time, gold plating may naturally fade depending on wear. When that moment comes, we offer a re-plating service to bring your piece back to life.

Shipping + Returns

From the moment you place your order, please allow 4-8 business days for our team to craft and quality-check your piece. All orders are shipped from our studio in Israel by FedEx, fully tracked.

Delivered duty paid

The price you see is the total you pay. We pay any import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for payment, please do not pay it and contact us at hey@noritamy.com.

Delivery options

FedEx International Economy: 2-6 business days once dispatched, fully tracked, free.
FedEx International Priority (express): 1-4 business days once dispatched, fully tracked. The price is shown at checkout.

Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including standard delivery. Returns are sent to our studio in Israel and you pay the return postage. See Cancellations & returns (UK) for details.

Are any purchases final sale?

Pieces made to your own specifications, such as engraving, a bespoke design, or a length or size outside our standard range, cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Everything else, including sale items, can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
When will I get my order?

Each Noritamy piece is crafted by hand. Please allow 4-8 business days for us to make your piece, then FedEx delivers it from Israel in 2-6 business days with International Economy (free) or 1-4 business days with International Priority. In total, expect your order within about 6-14 business days, or 5-12 with express. You will receive a tracking email once it ships.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in TLV and are hand made.
How much does shipping cost?

All UK orders are sent by FedEx from our studio in Israel, fully tracked and delivered duty paid, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Please allow 4-8 business days for us to make your piece, then:
