At Noritamy, we craft each piece with care—some are available in our studio, ready to ship within 2–3 business days. Others are made to order and may require 2 weeks for creation and delivery.
Custom designs also follow this 2–4 week timeline, starting from final artwork approval.
If you have a specific deadline in mind, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll do our best to meet it.

Local Delivery (Israel)
Local orders are delivered hand-to-hand via couriers.
🟡 Flat rate: 40 ILS
You’ll receive an SMS in advance, and a courier will coordinate a delivery time with you.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide with DHL Express.
🌍 Flat rate: $50
🏱 Free international shipping on orders over $500
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days for ready-to-ship pieces and 10–14 business days for custom made. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is on its way.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or local charges. These are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not have control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance.

Payment Security
We value your privacy and security. Your credit card information is never shared with any third parties or vendors.
Cancellations & Returns
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of confirmation. After that, your piece will move into production and our return policy will apply.
Returns are accepted within 14 business days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition. Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of receipt.

Care Instructions for Your Plated or Full Gold Jewelry
Here’s how to love them back:
- Last on, first off. Put your jewelry on after applying perfume, lotion, or makeup—and take it off before undressing, showering, or sleeping.
- Keep it dry. Water, humidity, and plating don’t mix. Avoid wearing your piece while swimming, bathing, or sweating.
- Soft touch only. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. No chemicals, no abrasives—just a little love.
- Store with intention. Keep your piece in its Noritamy pouch or box, away from sunlight and other jewelry.
- Time to replate? We offer a re-plating service when gold plating naturally fades over time.

Finding Your Ring Size
Option 1: Use a Ring You Already Love
- Choose a ring that fits the finger you want to size.
- Measure the inner diameter in millimeters.
- Match it to our size chart.
Option 2: Use a Strip of Paper or String
- Cut a thin strip of paper or use a soft string.
- Wrap it gently around the base of your finger.
- Mark the overlap spot and measure the length in millimeters.
- That’s your circumference—match it to the size chart.
