After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Preparation time
• In-stock items: ready within 1-2 business days.
• Items that require manufacturing: prepared within 4-8 business days.

Delivery options & time
• Door-to-door delivery: 1–3 business days (excluding remote areas).
• Studio pickup: available as soon as the item is ready (We will call to let you know).

Local orders are Door to Door delivered via couriers. 🟡 rate will appear at checkout (40-60 ILS)

You’ll receive an SMS in advance, and a courier will coordinate a delivery time with you.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide with DHL Express. 🌍
Flat rate: $50
Free international shipping on orders over $500

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days for ready-to-ship pieces and 10–14 business days for custom made. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is on its way.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or local charges. These are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not have control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance.

Payment Security

We value your privacy and security. Your credit card information is never shared with any third parties or vendors.

Cancellations & Returns

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of confirmation. After that, your piece will move into production and our return policy will apply.

Returns are accepted within 14 business days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition. Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of receipt.
